Nomad Force A Kurtherian Gambit Series Terry Henry Walton Chronicles Book 9 eBook Craig Martelle Michael Anderle

I seldom write reviews, but after reading this book and the whole series, I guess I owe it to the author to thank him for all the hours of pleasure this series has brought me. Although this is a perfectly good stand alone novel, one should begin at the beginning with "Nomad Found" and read the entire series. In fact, one should read the Kutherian Gambit series to get a grounding in the entire basis for this fictional universe. It will also introduce you to Terry Henry Walton, the main protagonist in the Nomad series.

I have never liked apocryphal books, but this is a whole different perspective, and is well worth reading. Go for it. You'll thank me in the morning, then you'll curse me later for talking you into spending all of your free time for the foreseeable future with your head in your kindle.

Nomad Force A Kurtherian Gambit Series Terry Henry Walton Chronicles Book 9 eBook Craig Martelle Michael Anderle Reviews

Even though this book covers so much passage of time, the authors tied it together superbly! There are so many excellent scenes in this book that I cannot choose my favorite. There is family, community, friendships, world travel, rebuilding society, and last but not least, military action. All rolled into one book. Many many excellent characters. Terry & Char are my favorite characters/couple but this series has so many more. There is nothing better than reading a book that makes you laugh or shout out loud!!! Then have people stare at you. Lol
I love this series.I'm a fan of the whole kurtherian Gambit series but I love them all differently, some more than others. This is one of my favorite, this book rock's. It answered a lot of question I had. Thanks for writing such an amazing story. You guy's don't know how much your book's help me get over a really bad day.
I first starting reading the Nomad series because it was a spin-off of the Kurtherian Gambit. I've continued reading because it can stand on it's own merit as great entertainment. The characters are engaging and the plot keeps me interested. The authors' notes at the end are well worth reading too. I'll definitely be buying the future stories.
So after I finished this book I needed to sleep on it before I could write this review, because wow, population growth, commerce, construction. Through this whole series it has been a rollercoaster ride with TH and Char and it's amazing to see all that they have helped to accomplish. I'm a little sad that there is only one more story left in the series. But I'm also looking forward to what's in store for them in the future. I'm also looking forward to finding out who all stays on earth and who leaves with BA.
Awesome Craig is truly that, Awesome! He has taken Terry Henry Walton on an incredible journey of overwhelming odds and never strayed from the core of who TH is, the man with a heart and the level of honor that would make BA proud.

Awesome Craig writes from his heart and it shows in the nature of his characters. They are not infallible, yet they have standards about which they refuse to lower for ease or convenience. This novel encompasses a long period of relative inactivity that chafed TH, but benefits members of his family, the FDG and others. A new world is being made, for good or bad.

I love this series and Awesome Craig, you are not only Awesome, but fantastic and magnificent. I can't wait for the next book, but at the same time, I hate for the series to end.
This isn't brilliant writing, at times it is rather methodical; but all that aside it tells a story that after eight previous books we are all invested in and that makes this a very good book. The time line is moved ahead by decades, every time Terry Henry Walton tries to advance his agenda against the Forsaken he is stymied by another ten or fifteen year wait. Char's pack has been broken up and is now scattered across the United States, Europe and Asia. The FRG headquarters itself is moved from north Chicago to San Francisco. Civilization is slowly returning in pockets, here and there. Some have advanced as it the WWDE had never happened, others not so much. All in all life goes on and at the end, TH finds that one of his cherished dreams is little more than a footnote in history. As the next to last book in this series, Craig Martelle did an excellent job of wrapping up loose ends and setting the stage for the final chapter of this series and the introduction of the next series.
Hi again Craig, I just wrote an extensive review on Audible since that was where I finished this at 0400, your books do help this broken down old warrior, it's been since 2010 since I last saw combat, the last 20% of the book reminded me of the surge in Iraq starting in 2007 and my Unit were doing2-3 combat missions daily, and it gets to the point where TH said in the book I'm tired I think I'm done for now. AQ made sure of that in 2010 in AG, where I almost had a meeting with St. Michael (combat soldiers like you understand what that means) for any civilians reading it means I almost died! Somehow I made it out not to walk again for2 more years. I retired in 2013. I really love this character he has the exact make up of a Marine, the way they build them at Paris Island! The way you described him and FDG from the very first book all the way here is exactly the way you would build an expeditionary force, finally into a whole Army, stocked with fwd detachments, Recon, SF, SUT, etc. I'll email you and chat with you more thanks so much for helping me stay sane! 😄 hopefully this next Surgery will somewhat bring a bit of normalcy back in my life, but I will never stop reading as long as you, Michael, and the whole LMBPN Crew keep writing! Rob Ballon
